In the present scenario, the technology is changing at a rapid pace, whereas the university curriculum is updated typically after 2-3 years. To cope up with this technology gap, EXTC department @ NKOCET focuses on Internship activities.
Students are encouraged to undergo Internship & Field training in upcoming areas like embedded systems, Internet of Things, Robotics & Automation. Further students also get acquainted with high level programing languages like C, C++ & Python programing through internships.
Recently 44 students have been identified by a multinational company ‘Zensar Technologies Ltd., Pune’ for Employability Skill Development Program (ESD). These students will be trained by ‘Zensar Technologies Ltd., Pune’ in current technology need of the industry viz.,Database management , Core Java, Python Programing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Devops methodology & RPA fundamentals.
