What is GATE?
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted in eight zones across the country by GATE Committee comprising faculty from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology of Behalf of the National Coordinating Board.
Importance of GATE:
- Admission to Post-Graduate program at IIT, NIT and many more reputed institutes.
- PSUs like BARC, NPCIL, HAL etc gives importance to GATE scores for various job positions in their organizations.
- Some government organization prescribes GATE qualification as requirement for applying to post of scientist/Engineer.
- GATE qualified candidates are also eligible for the award of Junior Research Fellowship in CSIR Laboratories and CSIR sponsored project
GATE Coaching at NKOCET:
We conduct GATE coaching classes for our students in month of December and January to guide our students to crack GATE exam.
