Being a Civil Engineer, one needs to maintain a good balance between theoretical and practical knowledge as we are dealing with lives. Try to go beyond what your syllabus says, explore new opportunities. I was on cloud nine when I got my gold medals but trust me that’s nothing when you see what other people of same age have done in the industry. Getting good grades is necessary to prove that you are technically sound but that will help you just to get an interview call or an admission in better college but what you know practically will help you sustain in the industry.
